Customer Reviews
Decent tea, minor shipping note
I bought a sampler of their black teas and a matcha whisk. The quality of the teas was quite good, especially the Earl Grey variant. The whisk is also perfectly functional. Ordering was simple, and the items arrived safely. My only small gripe was that the shipping took exactly five business days, which felt a little long, though within their stated timeframe. I was just hoping it would be a bit faster. Still, for the price and product quality, it was a fair deal, and I'd consider buying from them again.
Good tea, quick delivery
Ordered some Peppermint Tea. It arrived fast. The tea tastes fresh. No issues with the order. Happy with my purchase.
Got my tea, all good
So, I decided to try their Turmeric Tea this time. The website was pretty straightforward, found it easily. Placed the order, and it got here way faster than I thought it would. Everything was in the box, no problems at all. The tea itself is pretty decent. It was a nice, smooth experience, you know? Definitely think I'll be ordering from them again when I run out.
Always reliable tea
I ordered the Elderberry Tea again, and it was just as good as the last batch. This is my fifth order from Sub Rosa Tea, and they've been consistently good. Shipping was fast, got here in three days. They always package everything well, so nothing arrived damaged. That consistency is why I keep coming back for my tea.
Smooth order, great quality
My order for a glass teapot and some Hibiscus Tea arrived yesterday. The website was easy enough to navigate; finding what I wanted took no time. Delivery was quicker than I expected, the package showed up two days earlier than the tracking estimated. Everything was packed securely, especially the teapot, which arrived intact. The tea itself smells great, and the flavor is exactly what I hoped for. I had a quick question about brewing the Hibiscus Tea, and customer support responded to my email within a few hours with clear instructions. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish.

are these teas actually good compared to harney & sons? thinking about trying some new brands.
can you combine coupons on their site? got a few codes but not sure if they'll stack.
how long does shipping usually take to, say, California? debating if I should just grab something local if it's gonna take forever.
do they ever have big sales, like black friday or something? trying to stock up.
hey, anyone know if their teas are actually organic? or is that just marketing fluff?
